EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 2026 PT DIAMOND FOOD INDONESIA Tbk

Jakarta, September 30, 2026 – PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk (“DMND” or “Diamond” or the “Company”) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 30, 2026 (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the Shareholders approved (i) changes in the composition of the Board of Commissioners, and (ii) an amendment to Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association concerning the Company’s purpose, objectives, and business activities.

Changes in the Composition of the Board of Commissioners

The Meeting approved the appointment of Mr. Leonard as Independent Commissioner of the Company, with a term of office commencing from the close of the Meeting until the close of the Company’s 2029 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Mr. Leonard, an Indonesian citizen aged 48, currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Makmur Emas Aren since November 2025. He previously held the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (2018–2024) and at PT Great Giant Pineapple – Gunung Sewu Group (2011–2018), and brings more than 24 years of experience in financial reporting, fundraising, investor relations, tax planning, internal controls, and capital optimization. He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Tarumanagara University, and professional qualifications as a CPSAK (IFRS) and Tax Consultant.

Following the Meeting, the Company’s Board of Commissioners structure is as follows:

Amendment to Article 3 of the Articles of Association

The Meeting also approved an amendment to Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association concerning the Company’s purpose, objectives, and business activities. The amendment aligns the Company’s business classification with the 2025 Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia / KBLI 2025) and does not change the substance of the Company’s business activities. The full adjustment matrix has been made available on the Company’s website and the eASY.KSEI application since the date of the Meeting invitation.
