Establishment of the company, in partnership with the British Tobacco Company (Australia)
Started its ice cream manufacturing division in partnership with Amatil (now part of Coca Cola Amatil) and with Cold Storage Singapore.
Developed a captive distribution network to support its frozen products.
The founders obtain 100% of control of the company
The first of its distribution points outside of Java is established in Denpasar, Bali. DFI currently has 21 distribution points
Introduced meats, French fries & other frozen vegetables to its selection of products.
