BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Mr. Ibrahim joined Diamond Group as Commissioner of PT Diamond Cold Storage (DCS) in 2015. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President Director of PT RGM Indonesia (2005–2009), President Director of PT Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper (2001–2004), an Independent Commissioner of PT Mandiri Inti Finance Tbk. (1998–1999) and President Director of PT Hasfarm International (1981–2001). Besides serving as a President Commissioner of DCS, Mr. Ibrahim is also Commissioner of PT Sukanda Djaya (SKD), President Commissioner of PT NHF Diamond Indonesia (NHFDI), a member of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, President Commissioner of PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper and Director of Hasfarm Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Chen has been building his career in Diamond Group for more than 38 years, prior to which he served as the Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse Indonesia (July–December 1980) and as an Auditor at the Price Waterhouse & Co., New York (1978–1980). He is currently a Commissioner of PT Diamond Cold Storage (DCS), President Commissioner of PT Sukanda Djaya (SKD) subsidiaries of the Company and Director of PT NHF Diamond Indonesia (NHFDI) as the Associated Company.

Mr. Chen is one of the Company’s shareholders and has familial relationships with a number of the Company’s shareholders and other members of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Lim is the CEO of SQL View Pte. Ltd. A Singapore Software product developer. Mr. Lim is also a Board member of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd. and Singapore Housing Development Board. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lim served as a member of the Board of Directors of ST Electronic (2006-2018), Member of the Board of Spring Singapore (2014-2016), Member of the Board of Singapore Infocomm Development Board, and was Chairman of NTUC Link Pte. Ltd. (2015 – 2018). Mr. Lim is currently the Chairman of the Company’s Nomination and Renumeration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tedjo served as Senior Auditor of the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance (1994–2014), Member of the Audit Committee of PT Buana Finance Tbk. (2005–2013), Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Buana Finance Tbk. (2013–2018), and Director of Finance of PT Buana Finance Tbk. (2018-2019) and Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk. (2019- 2020). He is currently Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee, Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Asuransi Buana Independent and Commissioner of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk.

Prior to his current roles, he was an associate consultant at Claris Consulting Co., Ltd where he worked with a multitude of conglomerates helping companies such as a US$ 200 million dairy company develop a launch strategy to enter the lucrative UHT milk market and helping Thailand’s largest hospital chain launch innovative insurance-linked products Mr. Nakrin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from Harvard University.

She joined Temasek in 2010. Prior to her current role, she was part of the global Technology and Consumer team based in San Francisco leading technology growth investments in the U.S., and prior to that she covered technology investments across US, China and South-East Asia. She serves on the Board of Mindbody. Ms. Cassie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wuhan University. She earned a Master of Arts in Finance from Peking University.

Mrs. Istini Tatiek Siddharta, was appointed as Independent Commissioner in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 13, 2025 and elected as Chairperson of Audit and Risk Committee of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk since June 2025. She has served as Independent Commissioner and Chairperson of Audit Committee at PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk since 2024.  Previously since 2021 up to May 2025, she served as Commissioner at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk, as well as a member of the Sustainability Committee in the Board of Commissioners. Prior to her commissioner position, she had a long track record in the company's top management, including as President Director (2016-2021), Vice President Director (2013-2015), and Finance Director (2001-2012) in PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk.
