AUDIT & RISK COMMITTEE

Mrs. Istini Tatiek Siddharta, was appointed as Independent Commissioner in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 13, 2025 and elected as Chairperson of Audit and Risk Committee of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk since June 2025. She has served as Independent Commissioner and Chairperson of Audit Committee at PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk since 2024.  Previously since 2021 up to May 2025, she served as Commissioner at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk, as well as a member of the Sustainability Committee in the Board of Commissioners. Prior to her commissioner position, she had a long track record in the company's top management, including as President Director (2016-2021), Vice President Director (2013-2015), and Finance Director (2001-2012) in PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk.

Mr. Nakrim has been an Independent Commissioner since the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 and elected as a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk since June 2025 Prior to his current position, he was an associate consultant at Claris Consulting Co., Ltd where he worked with many entrepreneurs in assisting companies to among others develop launch strategies to enter the lucrative UHT dairy market of a USD200 million dairy company; and also assisted in the launch of an innovative connected insurance product of Thailand's largest hospital chain. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.

Bintang Pangihutan Aritonang is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience across the FMCG, food and beverage manufacturing, QSR, logistics, and asset-intensive industries. Between 2014 and 2025, he held group-level assignments as Senior Director – Supply Chain, Quality Assurance & Operations at McDonald's Indonesia (2014–2022) and Chief Operations Officer at Sinar Sosro (2020–2025). Previously, he served as Director of Finance, IT, Supply Chain & Quality Assurance at McDonald’s Indonesia (2006–2013). His career also includes leadership roles in finance, internal audit, and corporate governance with Maersk, Schlumberger, Transocean, and Esso Indonesia across Indonesia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. He holds an MBA from University of Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
