The Audit Committee was formed by and is responsible to the Board of Commissioners. Its role is to support the effectiveness of Diamond Food Indonesia’s financial reporting and disclosures and related internal controls. It oversees the implementation of good corporate governance as well as the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
