BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Philip joined Diamond Group in 2009 as the Branch Development Manager of PT Sukanda Djaya (SKD). Prior to working with SKD, he was a Capital Market Analyst at the CRT Capital LLC (2007–2009). He is currently President Director of PT Diamond Cold Storage (DCS), President Director of PT Sukanda Djaya (SKD) subsidiaries of the Company, Director of PT Indogourmet Sarana Cemerlang (ISC) as Subsidiaries of the Company and Director of PT NHF Diamond Indonesia (NHFDI) as the Associated Company.

Mr. Philip having a family affiliation relationship with several of the Company’s shareholders, the major shareholder and with the controlling shareholder as well as the President Director of the Company.

Previously, he served as Vice President Sales at Danone Aqua (2021 – 2023), SD Danone Specialized Nutrition from 2019 to 2021, Managing Director of pladis Asia Pacific Godiva McVitie’s Ulker (2016 -– 2021), Regional General Manager – SEA & Korea at Asia Pulp & Paper-Tissue (2014 – 2016), Vice President Sales China at Danone Nutricia – Early Life Nutrition China (2012 – 2014), National Sales Director China at FERRERO China (2008 – 2012), National Sales Director China at DANONE Dairy China (2006 – 2008), National Sales Director at GILLETTE China (2002 – 2006), Trade Development Manager SEA & Korea at GILLETTE (1998 – 2000), Country Manager at Duracell – GILLETTE (1994 – 1998), Marketing Manager – Duracell, Parker Gunung Agung Trading (1992 – 1994), and Brand Assistant Rejoice Shampoo Sales Merchandising Unit Manager at PROCTER & GAMBLE Indonesia (1989 – 1992).

Has no affiliate relationships with other members of the Board of Directors, other members of the Board of Commissioners or with the controlling and major shareholders.

Mr. Troy Parwata was appointed as Director in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholder on June 13, 2025. Previously, he was as Group CFO at PT Wahana Nusantara Rucika. In addition, he also  served as Group CFO and member of the Board of Directors at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk. and has has held consecutive position as  Finance & IT Director at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk, Finance & IT Director at PT Mattel Indonesia, Finance Director at TNT Indonesia, Financial Planning and Treasury Manager at Rothmans of Pall Mall Indonesia, and Corporate Finance Manager at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk.
