In 2016, PT Jaya Murni Tritunggal officially changed its name to PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk in accordance with Deed No. 13 of 17 November 2016 made before the Notary Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta. Furthermore, on January 14, 2020, the Company obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public of 100,000,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp25 per share at an offering price of Rp 915 per share. The company was officially listed with the trading code "DMND" as a public company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
