GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

Mr. Lim is the CEO of SQL View Pte. Ltd. A Singapore Software product developer. Mr. Lim is also a Board member of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd. and Singapore Housing Development Board. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lim served as a member of the Board of Directors of ST Electronic (2006-2018), Member of the Board of Spring Singapore (2014-2016), Member of the Board of Singapore Infocomm Development Board, and was Chairman of NTUC Link Pte. Ltd. (2015 – 2018). Mr. Lim is currently the Chairman of the Company’s Nomination and Renumeration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.

Appointed as member of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee by virtue of the Company’s Board of Commissioners No. 07/DKOM/X/2019 dated October 1, 2019. Previous appointments included Group Chief Executive of Cold Storage Holdings Limited, Singapore (1983–1990); Managing Director of Boustead Plc, UK (1992-1993) and Non-Executive Director (1993–1996); Senior Advisor to Austindo Nusantara Jaya (1993–2002); Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee Member of VickersBallas Ltd, Singapore (1997–2000). Currently a DCS Advisor.

She joined Temasek in 2010. Prior to her current role, she was part of the global Technology and Consumer team based in San Francisco leading technology growth investments in the U.S., and prior to that she covered technology investments across US, China and South-East Asia. She serves on the Board of Mindbody. Ms. Cassie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wuhan University. She earned a Master of Arts in Finance from Peking University.

Mr. Pradhana currently serves as the Vice President (VP) at idsMED Group, where he successfully developed and implemented talent development program for the idsMED Group Management team. Prior to this role, he was Director at HR Solutions, which provides consulting services in the human resource management field for local and multination corporate client across various industries.

Previously, he served as Human Resource Manager at DHL Express, Los Angeles, USA, whereby during his tenue he succeeded in streamlining business process and maintain cost competitiveness.

In addition, he also held positions as Human Resource Associate at Merryl Lynch, New York, USA, Principal Consultant and Change Management Team Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Group Manager, Human Resource Department at Procter & Gamble, Indonesia.
 

Mr. Pradhana holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics of Computation from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA and He completed his Master of Business Administration, Leadership and Organization from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles, USA.
