Arinta Harsono serves as the Corporate Secretary of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk, appointed by the Board of Directors under Decree No. DU/L-009/OJK-IDX/II/2026 dated 2 February 2026 in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014. She has more than fifteen years of experience working across finance, capital markets, and corporate compliance. Prior to her current role, she worked in Transfer Pricing at Harsono Strategic Consulting and was the Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary at PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. Her earlier career includes serving as an equity research analyst covering the banking sector at Deutsche Verdhana Indonesia and financial due diligence at KPMG Advisory Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University, Australia.
